Most curtain suppliers in Dubai are retailers. They take your measurements, send them to a workshop somewhere else, and pass the result back to you. It works, but every change costs a round trip and nobody in the conversation has actually touched the fabric. We make ours. Golden Decor has its own workshop in Al Khawaneej, where fabric is cut, sewn, lined and finished by our team, and where the people who installed a curtain can walk back to the people who made it. That means changes take days rather than weeks, there is no supplier in another country to blame if a seam is not right, and because we also upholster sofas and build majlis seating, curtain fabric and upholstery fabric can be laid side by side before anything is cut. For hotels and projects we manufacture on the same floor, with one dye lot for the whole order rather than pieces arriving from different batches. We work for homeowners across Dubai, for interior designers and fit-out contractors who need us to follow their specification and keep the client relationship theirs, and for hotels and commercial fit-outs that need inherently flame-retardant fabric supplied with its certification.
