Motorised curtains supplied, fitted and set up in Dubai

There are two reasons people motorise curtains in Dubai, and comfort is only the second one. The first is reach. Double-height villa windows, glazing above a stairwell and wide sliding doors onto a terrace are all awkward or unsafe to operate by hand, and a corded track on a four-metre drop wears out faster than the fabric does. The second is heat. If the curtains on the sun-facing side close automatically at two in the afternoon whether or not anyone is home, the room is cooler when you walk into it and the air conditioning has less to fight. A timer does that; a person usually forgets. We supply wired and battery systems. Wired is the better answer during a renovation, because the power can be run before the walls are closed and there is nothing to recharge. Battery tracks are the answer in a finished room, and modern ones run for a long time between charges on a curtain that moves twice a day. Control can be a handset, a wall switch, a phone app, a timer, or integration with a smart home system you already use. A double track can be motorised so the sheer and the blackout layer move independently, which is the arrangement that actually gets used day to day. Planning a villa or a renovation?
